Hi, I’m a Consultant.

I share my experience as a mental health specialist with organizations of varying sizes and purposes to provide content development, trainings, workshops, and other learning experiences about mental health and wellness. Similar to my therapy work, I offer an intersectional, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, gender-affirming, and anti-oppressive perspective around healing in these spaces. I am happy to work with your organization directly to create personalized speaking engagements, workshops, and mental health content and strategy that best fit your unique needs.

“We don’t heal in isolation, but in community.”
